We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
Defective, damaged, or incorrect items are always eligible for return.
You can initiate a return in two ways:
1. Go to My Account > Orders > Request Return
2. Email us at contact@houseofateeq.com with your order ID and reason for return.
Yes. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Opened/used skincare or personal care items
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
- Customized products (unless defective)
Before dispatch: Yes, you can cancel your order by visiting the "My Orders" section or contacting customer support.
After dispatch: Cancellation isn't possible online. However, you can refuse delivery - even then, once the item is returned to us, a refund or replacement will be initiated.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and verify the returned item.
