- Order Updates: Once dispatched, a tracking number and courier details will be shared via email.

We currently ship to:
- Domestic (India): All major cities, towns, and pin codes.
- International Shipping: Available to most countries worldwide through trusted global logistics partners like DHL, FedEx, etc.

4Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):
- Within India: 3–7 business days.
- International Orders: 7–21 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance).

5Shipping Charges
Domestic Orders (India):
- Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999.
- A nominal shipping fee applies for orders below ₹999.
International Orders:

- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
- Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer (unless otherwise stated at checkout).
6Packaging & Safety
- All orders are carefully packaged to prevent damage or leakage during transit.
- Fragile items like perfumes and attars are shipped in protective wrapping with additional cushioning.
- Every package is sealed to maintain product purity and authenticity.
7Tracking Your Order
- Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking number via email.
- Orders can be tracked directly through our courier partners or via the "Track Order" page on our website.
8Failed Deliveries & Re-Delivery
- If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept, the package may be returned to us.
- In such cases, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
9International Customs & Duties
- International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, and import regulations as per the destination country.
- These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
- We recommend checking your country's customs policies before placing an order.
10Delays Beyond Our Control
While we make every effort to ensure on-time delivery, delays may occur due to:
- Customs inspections or clearance delays.
- Unforeseen courier issues, strikes, or extreme weather.
- Remote area delivery constraints.
In such cases, we will keep you updated and assist in resolving the issue with our logistics partners.
11Order Cancellations (Shipping Stage)
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been processed or shipped.
- Once an order is dispatched, cancellations are not possible. You may still request a return/refund in line with our Refund & Returns Policy.
12Lost or Damaged Shipments
- If your order is lost in transit or delivered in a damaged condition, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund after verification.
- Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (unboxing video or images).
