1Refund & Returns Policy

At House of Ateeq, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Our goal is to build the world's most trusted platform for 100% Halal, authentic, and pure lifestyle products. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, we have created a transparent and fair Refund & Returns Policy to support you.

We recommend reading this policy carefully before making a purchase so that you understand your rights and our commitments.

2Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We accept returns, refunds, or exchanges under the following circumstances:

1. Damaged or Defective Products

  • To be eligible, you must notify us of any damage or defects within 48 hours of delivery, along with supporting images or an unboxing video.
  • If you receive a product that is damaged in transit, defective, or leaking (for perfumes or cosmetics), you may request a replacement or full refund.

2. Incorrect Product Delivered

  • If you receive a product different from what you ordered, we will replace it with the correct item or issue a full refund.

3. Authenticity Guarantee

  • All products sold under House of Ateeq are either our own brand or sourced directly from authentic distributors/brands.
  • If you believe a product is not genuine, we will investigate promptly. Upon verification, a refund or replacement will be processed immediately.

4. Change of Mind (Limited Cases)

  • Perfumes and cosmetic items are sensitive hygiene products, and for safety reasons, we cannot accept returns once opened or used.
  • However, if the product is unused, sealed, and in its original condition, you may return it within 7 days of delivery.

3Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation, invoice, or payment receipt) must be provided.
  • The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery by emailing contact@houseofateeq.com.

4Non-Returnable Items

For safety, hygiene, and compliance reasons, the following products cannot be returned unless damaged or defective:

  • Opened or partially used perfumes, attars, or cosmetics.
  • Personal care items that have been unsealed after delivery.
  • Products purchased during clearance sales or marked as "non-returnable" at the time of purchase.

5Refund Process

  • Once your return request is approved, we will notify you via email.
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, wallet, or net banking).
  • Refund processing time:
    • India Orders: 5 - 7 business days.
    • International Orders: 7 - 14 business days.

In case of partial refunds (e.g., one product returned from a multiple-item order), only the amount for the returned product will be refunded.

6Replacement & Exchange

Instead of a refund, you may request a replacement if:

  • The product arrived damaged.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • A manufacturing defect is identified.

Exchanges are processed only once we receive the returned product in its original condition.

7Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, wrong, or defective product), we will bear the full shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to change of mind or customer's preference, the customer will need to cover the return shipping charges.

8International Returns

For international customers:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and clearance charges paid during delivery are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our mistake.

9Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase before they are processed and shipped.
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. You may still request a return after delivery as per this policy.
