House of Ateeq provides secure and convenient payment options to ensure a smooth shopping experience. All transactions are processed through trusted gateways in accordance with banking regulations and global security standards.

Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept the following payment methods:

Visa credit and debit cards
Mastercard credit and debit cards

All transactions are processed in the customer’s local currency (multi-currency). If your card is issued in another currency, your bank may apply a small foreign exchange or conversion fee.

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay, our authorized payment gateway partner.

Payment Processing and Security

Payments are processed securely through encrypted gateways. House of Ateeq does not store your full card information.

When a payment attempt is made, your issuing bank may perform a temporary authorization for $0 or $1 to verify your card's validity. This is not an actual charge and is automatically reversed by your bank once verification is complete.

International Cards

We accept international cards from any country, provided they carry a Visa or Mastercard logo. All payments are processed in the customer’s local currency. Depending on your bank, a foreign currency conversion fee may apply.

Payment Declines and Troubleshooting

Card declines can occur for various reasons, including incorrect card details, expired cards, insufficient funds, or your bank's automated security filters.

If your card is declined:

Verify that your card details and billing address are correct.
Contact your bank to confirm that online or international transactions are permitted.
Try again after updating your payment method or using an alternate card.
